Catherine is a passionate and successful consultant with 19 years of experience across various sectors, including start-up organizations, nonprofits, consultancies, and governmental agencies. She is an innovative and strategic thinker with a track record of building sustainable systems and programs, and is skilled at finding creative solutions to even the messiest problems. Her focus is on building strong and resilient organizations, including through strategic planning and visioning, campaign services, coaching, building an engaged board of directors, and establishing a robust development program.

Catherine holds a Master of Public Administration and has served as the Founding Executive Director of a performing arts nonprofit. She has also worked as a Policy Analyst for the U.S. Congress and runs her own mission-driven consultancy, serving clients in the nonprofit and public sectors.
